After another night of enormous firework barrages echoing across Oldham until the early hours, I've had enough. Why are powerful fireworks so freely available, why are dedicated outlets selling them late at night, and where do celebration and freedom end and sheer bloody selfishness begin? This might upset a few people. Good. Let's talk about it.
